1. Drink lots of water
Water is essential for human survival. An adult body is made up of about 60 percent water, and a newborn is made up of 74 percent of water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. Drinking water can sometimes help relieve headache symptoms, especially in people who are dehydrated. Water removes toxins and waste products from the body thereby cleansing it.
2. Never skip breakfast
Some people rush to the office and they tend to skip breakfast while some do not like to eat in the morning. We often hear that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When you eat a reasonable and healthy breakfast in the morning, you are actually regulating your blood sugar levels. Certain breakfast nourishment have been demonstrated to give you a mind support and will enable you to play out your day by day obligations with a feeling of uplifted clearness and mindfulness.
3. Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables
Vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories. This means you can fill up on a lunch of veggies without worrying about going over your suggested daily caloric intake. Vegetables are important part of healthy eating and provide a source of many nutrients, including potassium, fiber, folate (folic acid) and vitamins A, E and C. Options like broccoli, spinach, tomatoes and garlic provide additional benefits, making them a superfood!
Meditation is relaxation. It is not about concentration, it’s actually about de-concentration. It’s not about focussing one’s thoughts on one thing, but instead on becoming thoughtless. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration. Meditation provides at least a short-term performance improvement even in novice meditators.
5. Daily Exercise Plan
Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Research shows that as little as 45 minutes of exercise per day can boost our general health and well-being. The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability.
